Cashless

Keep your wristband and refound the money you have not spent.

 

From June 29th at 10:00 a.m. until July 10th at 11:59 p.m. you can ask for a refund of the money you did not spend on your wristbands. The remaining balance to be refunded is more than 1,50€ (minimum amount of expenses to be deducted associated to the refund).

 

How does it work?

To do this, log in to your Cashless account and make sure that your balance appears in the interface. You can then request a refund by clicking on the Refund button and entering your bank card details. The remaining balance will be refunded to this card.

If your balance does not appear, please check that your wristband is linked to your Cashless account: the 6-letter code on your wristband should appear under your current balance.

If you have not created a Cashless account online, you can do so by entering the 6-letter code from your wristband. Important note: do not enter the barcode from your ticket to create the account; enter the 6-letter code from your wristband.

Once you have requested, within the time limit, the online reimbursement of the remaining balance of your Cashless wristband, you will receive an automatic email confirming the correct registration of the request and the maximum time for its execution. If this is not the case, you will have to go through this process again. Remember

  • Payments may take up to 7 days to be reflected.
  • The remaining balance to be refunded is more than 1,50€ (minimum amount of expenses to be deducted associated to the refund).
  • No refund requests will be processed or processed after the expiration of the refund period.
