After their show at the 2018 Mallorca Live Festival and their two 2020 Summer sold out nights, the band returns to the island with its new album, Hogar. Formed in 2010 by Mikel Izal, Alejandro Jordá, Emanuel Pérez, Alberto Pérez and Iván Mella, Izal has become a benchmark name within the Spanish independent scene. Step by step, with a self-managed career from the start and four studio albums, the band has played the major Spain festivals as headliners and has sold out large venues on its own tours.
Following their debut with the Teletransporte EP, Izal released Magia y Efectos Especiales (2012) and won the Rolling Stone Spain New Artist Award as well as the Spanish Independent Music (MIN) New Act Award. The band went on to publish Agujeros de gusano (2013), Copacabana (2015) and Autoterapia (2018), which has earned Izal its first Platinum Album.
