Saïm

Saïm

Joan Roig is well known within the Majorcan scene, still remembered for his work leading the seminal Shenobi. In 2015 he took a new journey as Saïm, a project where Joan shows his most pop side, more vulnerable and honest, not giving up that punk rawness of the early days.

And this facet accentuates with each beat thanks to siblings Natalia (bass) and Daniel Gómez (drums), both ex-members of Pujà Fasuà. As a trio, Saïm can say that they have one of the island’s most forcible and ecstatic live shows, always up for a hand-to-hand. They will prove it at Mallorca Live Festival while showcasing their latest album, Fràgil (2021).
