When we talk about Enrique Bunbury we’re talking about a fundamental name in the history of Spanish music. ‘La chispa adecuada’, ‘Entre dos tierras’, ‘Maldito Duende’, ‘Lady Blue’ or ‘El extranjero’ are just some of the songs that bear his signature. During his years as the leader of Héroes del Silencio since its foundation in 1984 and throughout his solo career from 1996 up to today, Bunbury has left a mark on several generations of fans and musicians. He will take over the Mallorca Live Summer stage with a tour that celebrates his 35 years in music.
For a decade and with four released albums, Héroes del Silencio redefined the concept of “Spanish rock”. Meanwhile, Bunbury grew into the characterful singer, restless musician, personal lyricist, and unique figure he became during his solo career. More than 10 studio albums, live recordings of his numerous and long tours with El Huracán Ambulante and Los Santos Inocentes, his collaborations with Nacho Vegas and Andrés Calamaro… ‘El aragonés errante’ has an extensive CV and continues to add pages and hits.
