If anyone believes that traditional Galician musical instruments and rhythms can’t fit with synthesizers and a beatbox, that someone hasn’t listened to Baiuca. The Galician producer took us by surprise in 2018 with his first studio album, Solpor, and he isn’t just Spain’s breakout folktronic project, but the world’s. 

Baiuca will bring to Majorca his particular understanding of his homeland’s music with his latest release, Embruxo (2021). The album, which includes songs with Asturian artist Rodrigo Cuevas and the Galician folk group Lilaina, has captivated music media from all over. A very special live show where tradition and the future coexist and which Baiuca has presented in Morocco, United Kingdom, Italy, France, South Africa and Colombia, just to name some.
