We do not understand life without music: our life revolves around it, and we believe that it is one of the best communication tools. At ASDICA (Calvià Association of People with Disabilities) they think alike and that is why we have joined forces through our Mallorca Live Festival Foundation to organize two very special activities for a group of young people from the association.
We started with a Batucada workshop. Through percussion, they work on concentration and they improve their mood, in addition to increasing their physical energy. And music is strengthened as a communication tool.
On July 9, when the rapper Don Patricio performed at our Mallorca Live Summer cycle, a group of young people went to the Old Calvià Aquapark grounds a few hours before and took part in a guided tour. They were able to see all the facilities in detail, went on stage, toured backstage and were present at the sound check. The final touch was enjoying dinner and Don Patricio’s concert.
